Derrick goes to Colorado to meet Agatha, a goat missing both back legs; Agatha gets around by doing handstands; Derrick thinks that Agatha's stubborn personality might mean she won't accept his custom cart.

Derrick travels to Montrose, Colorado to help Ivy, a miniature cow who needs support for her front legs. Ivy was born with front limb deformities.

Derrick travels to Navarre Beach, Fla., to help a retired military working dog who served alongside the U.S. Army's 75th Ranger Regiment in Afghanistan.

At the Lazy J Rescue Ranch in Humboldt, Iowa, Derrick helps a miniature zebu cow named Loretta regain mobility after an accident caused permanent damage to one of her front legs; Derrick builds a prosthetic for a doberman dinscher named Holly.

Derrick and Henry travel to New Smyrna in Florida to meet the Tidd family and their one-year, three-legged labrador puppy, Buddy; Derrick works to build Buddy's a prothsetic limb with his comfort in mind.

Derrick flies to Roatan, Honduras, to meet with three people who are working at a local rescue; they are on the quest to find homes for over 200 dogs before the shelter closes; Derrick decides to build prosthetics for four dogs.

Derrick's family joins him in Honduras where he builds mobility devices for four special needs dogs Gigi, Jillian, Rachel, and Tippy Toes; he also uses social media to bring awareness to the shelter's 200 dogs in need of homes before it shuts down.

Derrick travels to New York City to build a custom full limb prosthetic for Lenny, an eight-year-old tripod dog that was found injured after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico.
